This prestigious edition is enhanced by the blazons of the well-known Swiss heraldic expert, Carlo Maspoli; the genealogist Francesco Palazzi Trivelli has contributed valuable brief historical notes for many families.
The volume, which measures 21 x 30 cm, is printed on glazed matt paper; of the 480 pages, 180 are colour illustrations of the coats of arms.
Bound in blue cloth, the volume is hand sewn; the titles on the spine and the cover are in gold. It is protected by a transparent dust jacket.
